Look in Gun List or Shotgun News. I've seen ads for them. One is a company which runs a fairly large (1/2 page?) ad.

You might check out the Golf Ball Firing Attachment. Don't recall who makes it, but it reportedly launches golf balls up to 500 yards using a .223 blank. Looks like a tube the diameter of a golf ball and several inches long.

At least I think it's what you're looking for because it's an accessory to shoot golf balls from an AR using blanks. Costs $49 for pre-bans. The company is L&G Weaponry.
