In my travels some years ago, I uncovered this agenda, at the time it was called, "THE UNION OF THE AMERICAS" like in the EUROPEAN UNION, no one listened! The name has changed, but the agenda is the same, and it requires that civilians be disarmed!

Looks far more like another attempt to make Latin America like the United States- which will of course fail.
