We have been making free float rail tubes for a while now and have come up with
some new projects. Chopper wheels. What do you all think of this one? (of course it is not finished completely yet) This is a front wheel. |

Here I sit in the deep dank depths of the Wittcave, looking at the Wittmobile thinking, "I must have these, oh yes, they WILL be mine!"
But of course I would have to get a motorcycle endorsement for the Wittzomaniack... Would they fit on a Honda scooter? My war chest is a tad light for...the Wittcycle! |

Free Float tube cracks, no one gets hurt, no one dies, CNC motorcycle wheel cracks at a non radiused cut, wheel fails driver and rider die. Please make sure you have the ability to test the operational strength of your designs, Other than that I would love to watch your machine cut.

We did take a video of this the other day, but I have not posted it. I really need to find some where else to post a video. I posted one last year of some hog hunting and it ate up the band width I had real quick  The one of the wheel machining we took is pretty short, but when you get a couple of hundred hits/down loads it eats up a lot of band width. On the otherside, yes, we got some FEA software as well.

As much money as gun guys spend, the Harley guys will pay WAY MORE
I am a Harley mechanic, and if Trijicon could make an ACOG for a HD it would sell for over $2000.00. Good luck with the wheels, etc. and keep in mind the weirder/more unique the more HD customers will pay! Every time I think something is too goofy/weird some customer can't wait to buy it

didna i see these on one of the american chopper shows.. guy was being extra careful with the CNC machine because it was his first solo design or something?
also.. as a rider of rice rockets.. what is it like riding those customs with the really big rear wheel? never have carred much for the run of the mill harley but i like the new custom look with the monster rear tire.. |
