Every now and then I like to stop at a little Cuban cafe, get a large cup (12oz) of the Cuban coffee. You know it's the real thing, when it sticks to the sides of the cup like buttermilk!

Uh-oh..I hope this doesn't turn into a designer coffee thread. What ever happened to plain old fashion jump-start your heart thick as mud coffee? I've been drinking coffee sine I was around 8 years old..(don't ask long story) and I still can't make coffee that I would serve to anyone.
BTW for you KY members. Apparently you are getting the first Tim Hortons south of the border. It is our version of Dunkin Donuts. [size=3][red]WARNING[/RED][/SIZE=3] It is very addictive!!! |

Designer coffee. AGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!! I can't stand flavored coffee, any flavor, even walking past it,the smell makes me gag. Man, I couldn't even bring myself to say "Give me a double decaff Mocha Latte." I don't even go into places tha serve that yuppie garbage.
I'm talking $1.29 for 12oz of coffee that will carry you through the day, give you a real gritty edge. No sugar, no milk. JUST COFFEE! |
