"PACorps" is my initials (P.A.C.) meshed w/"corps". Contrary to what some have referred to me as, it's not "P-A Corps", but "PACKOR" phonetically.
How 'bout the rest of you? Let's hear the scoop! |

Someone asked me once to spit out the first nonsense word that popped into my head. "Gloftoe" I said. It didn't sound the way nonsense words usually sound (obviously fake) and just stuck in my head. Started using it after that.
Pretty boring, if you ask me. -Gloftoe |

The NRA gave it to me .

Well, when I first wanted an email, I thought of spiritof76, but that was already taken. So, the next best thing would be libertyof76, ie the amount of liberty they had back then and what they were willing to do to keep it.

Also pretty mundane here,
Stated out as ARtweaker (AR tweaker) on the old AR15-L, most couldn't figure out how to shorten that, ARt, tweaker, etc. They finally settled on tweak. That was my alias on here until the changeover. Went to log back in here and Tweak was taken so I used my online alias of Upright Citizen. GB hooked me up tho, the "other" Tweak had never posted so he fragged the account and gave me my handle back. And here I be. |

Great Topic, I was thinking about this same thing a few days ago when someone here asked me about mine.
Mine is a very long story.....But will make it as short as possible.. The "Beagles" part is obvious have a Beagle and a lot of people in my family have them as well. I also plan on getting another so Beagles sounded better. As for the "747" yes it's like the jet but goes back to when I was a teenager and I used to belong to a CB radio club with my Mother & Stepfather. Well, since then all of us use "747" in the end of our e-mail address's to link us together. I just decided to keep it since my e-mail is . John |

NH = New Hampshire (where I live), 2112 = album from my favorite band (Rush.)

Tom Collins is approximately:
"Two parts gin, two parts sweet and sour mix, and one part club soda; poured over ice" At least that's how I like mine. It's the drink I use to "test out" new bars. Kevin. |

Well, the "z71" part should be simple enough. 100% Chevy z71 Truck Man!!
The "rat" part comes from our group "The Trinity River Rats". There you have it........ DK [:D] |

Back on the old UBB board, I wanted to user Weasel (my normal handle & nickname) but it was already registered. So, I used DVD Tracker from the site I run, http://www.dvdtracker.com
ratters, that rat is huge! We had one a few years ago, but nothing that size. http://www.petenelson.com/Photos/Family%20&%20Friends/Pets/Parker/parker2.jpg |

I answered this one not to long ago, but what the hey, here it goes one more time...
Tac= short for tactical Car= short for carbine I guess The Tactical Carbine (with a few accessories, but no boat anchor) is the ideal role for the AR15 to me, hence the handle. |

That is a cute rat DVD. Ours sadly passed away last year. I wasn't a big fan of rats at first but the wife had to have one. Then she left to go work overseas so it was just me and the rat and I really grew to love the little guy. R.I.P. Ralf. He was a pound and a half when that picture was taken.

One of my best friends, and an all around good guy, is Eric (always identified as REALERIC in my posts) and he is first generation American of Hungarian descent. His father and mother fled from Hungary shortly after the Revolution in 1956.
Well I offered the name 'Eric The Hun' for his use, but he declined, and the rest is, as they say, history![:D] BTW, I thought my German ancestry gave me the right to refer to myself as 'the Hun', anyway. Eric The(AsIfYouCared)Hun[>]:)] |

Talk about boring
Had three (3) Bass's in boot (MCRD San Diego), Senior Staff Sergeant Downard appointed me as SGB, kind of stuck since. Steven G. Bass[:D] |

Yo SGB, we had a Airman Sergeant in Basic!
Noname comes from keeping my business and my Net-Playing separate... |

View Quote Same here as it was my wife's rat. Pretty cool little guy. His name was Parker, after Peter Parker (Spiderman) since he was always climbing inside his cage. Loved being scratched on the head. Just rub the top of his head and he looked just like a dog getting attention. |

My previous occupation.
No just kidding. Back in the days when I played paintball I was always the designated guy to take out certain individuals at key locations in games. Hence my codename. |

When your last name is Gustafson, you wind up getting called "gus".

One of my friends complained after getting trounced in Command and Conquer that I practiced my Schlong Foo on him. [:)] Shortened cuz I'm lazy, though.

Well, I was given the nickname "The Jew" by my roommate about 3 years ago. Worked in radio, tight with cash, I said "Oy Ve" every now and then...you get the idea.
Since then I've embraced the name, and combined them with other words to make different nicknames in particular situations. The Big Jewboski is my radio name, Jewbilee is my undercover-female name, PikaJew - my silly anime persona, The Great Jewbini is a man of mystery and dazzle, and of course Jewbroni - a no holds barred, bare knuckled wiseguy who's always up for a mental fight and represents my main personality. That's right folks, you got stuck with the smartass [;D] [brown]Da Evil Jew~[/brown] |

1) One of my favorite stomping grounds in the mountains of Southern California.
2) In honor of my best buddy, a red Chow dog named Bear. He's chasing cats in dog heaven now. |

When I was about 5 yrs. old my voice was real raspy. My Grandfather nicked named me Crow. the family then took it to Crowboy. A couple of uncles still call me by crowboy and I am 54 now.

i handed my carbine to my girlfriend to shoot - at the time it had a tac-lite, fore-grip and a full C-mag. she complained that it was too FAT and heavy. i would call it like it is, but fattym4gery was too long.

Well I tried and tried but I just couldn't come up with anything clever enough, so I just used my name. Not many tobins around!

My nickname is LILGEO but somebody else is using it. In my business AAA means top quality hence AAA+

Voodoo for the aircraft I worked on in the Air Force and 17 for the APO for the postal address.

I wouldn't use the name without first having a belt buckle and T-shirt to go with it.
Everyone DOES have a T-shirt and belt buckle to go with their name?[:(][:(][:(][:(][:(] |

Well, I guess I inherited the name. When my father passed away, he was an active member of this forum (or the old one). I went to clean up his computer to give to my sister (8 years old now) and found that this was his homepage, I had not knwon about AR-15.com until then. I read through some of his old posts, and the responses to them and didn't really want to leave, then I got sucked in.
From what I understand (and what my Step-mother tells me), when she met my dad and came here to live, it was winter time, she comes from a tropical local and had not seen winter, she called him Heilo-Man. He shortened it to Heilo for his online nick-name. I use it because a few of his friends asked me to keep it going. |

When I started shooting highpower about 10 years ago, I made it to expert in about 11 months. There I stayed for a LONG time. When I started posting here and on CSP, I made it a personal challenge, to live up to my "handle" and make it to Master. Guess that's all I needed. Flirting with highmaster now. Do I forsee a name change???
