Need more info - who makes it - what ammo.

All ammo types. The barrel is probably Wilson. The bolt/carrier is unknown. Headspace is good, and new extractors do not help. It is gripping it good and tight, and tearing over the rim.

Is the bolt/carrier also stuck or can you pull them back with the charging handle ??
