Long time lurker here that just figured it's time to bust the cherry and start getting my .02 worth in. I have 2 SP 1's, 9mm AR15 carbine with the telescopic stock and a Jager AP74 wanna-be AR15. I have a complete Colt 9mm & 7.62X39 upper that I'd like to build into fun range guns as well as an AR15 to use the PPsh 41 drum mags in 7.62X25. After seeing the Air Force .22lr conversions for sale on the board I want one of those now, while saving up for a dedicated .22lr upper at a later date. My mags consist of everything from factory Colt to the elusive orange thermolds but it won't be complete until I call Ruben and get a Beta C mag. I've learned much from this forum and hope to learn even more by contributing and asking questions in the future. Let the games begin!!!

Your right about your opinions of not getting a Beta C mag Matt and they're the same ones I've been pondering. Due to the lack of mad money I know if I do decide to buy one it'll be a little while. Sgtar 15 thanks for the advice on the board, I've noticed that a person needs to pick and choose their battes. Glad to hear from you! Off to do house/yard chores so I can take my dad to the sprint car races tonight at Knoxville Raceway for an early Fathers Day present. One things for sure, with a 120 year old house there's always something to do around here.
