They have to have a 'lone nut'.  If it were more than those two guys (Timothy McVeigh & Terry Nicols) then the terrorists might be able to pull off more attacks against U.S. citizens.  They want us to feel safe and cozy because ol' Timmy is in jail.  Anybody remember John Doe number 2?  They probably are looking for every terroist, and either don't have the evidence to indict them or they have vanished.  My theory is that they don't want the general public to panic so they wrap it up quick, nice and neat.  Everybodys happy.  How can an investigation that big be solved so quickly?  Ask yourself this, where did Tim McVeigh get enough money for all that fertilizer?  Someone paid for it.
