SCS70/90...

A short 70/90 is what I initially thought too, but after looking, the gap between the mag well and the handguard/barrel seems too big.  Don't know though, I can't remember 70/90 photo's that well.

It's not a Beretta but an Imbel prototype seen on a defense convention.

Imbel (Industria de Material Belico do Brasil) has completed design work and prototyping, on behalf of the country's defence  ministry, of a 5.56x45mm-caliber assault rifle for use by special forces. The weapon has a range of 200m, can fire 700-750rds/ min, and has selective fire settings of single-shot, three-round burst, and fully automatic. It uses 30-round magazines and weighs about 2.5kg empty. Imbel says the rifle is being tested and has been ordered in unspecified quantities.

It is based on the FAL.
