When the Houston Chronicle looked into the story, they couldn't confirm any of the facts that should have been able to have been verified. If this is the best that the Kerry operatives can offer...it will be a bust! But let's get this lying story out and killed off as soon as possible! Ben, in the runup to the 2000 campaign, this subject was dug into by the Bush-Hating press with great resolve to win that Pulitzer by destroying Bush's chances at the Presidency. It has been hanging around over at the DU and MoveOn for years. In spite of all the rabid attempts to make this issue stick, so far, no CREDIBLE evidence has surfaced to support the slanderous allegations made here.
