I saw from your post that you cannot make it to Sunday's Shoot.  Sorry to not see you.

I have a question concerning IL law.  If I want to teach someone to shoot (i.e. NON- FOID holder), can I legally do it?  Obviously I cannot loan or sell a gun to a non-FOID holder, but if I am standing right there (not a dealer myself, obviously), can I teach them?

Technically, no.  One must possess a valid FOID to even pick up a firearm.  There will be plenty of people there to watch your six--bring any newbies you want.  I would worry more about having proper eye/ear protection for them.  It will be a good time.
