It sucks, but I will tell them that each time I fire my postban with this ammo at night, you can probably light a cigarette from the 'retarded flash' coming out of the muzzle.

Doesn't flash come from burning powder? Then in order to have flash retardant powder it would have to propel without burning. Whoever invented this is going to be rich. It has come full circle. Black Powder, smokeless powder, and now non burning gun powder!
