I would say around $1200. Need more details on the weapon. It also depends on how the prices are where you live. In NY it could go for as much as $1500, if someone was willing to pay that much. Good luck with your purchase.

Depends on whether you are planning on keeping it or selling it later????
If it is "EXACTLY" like you want it buy it.
If not stay away from it if more than say $800.
My $.02 worth.

$1200.00 for a 95% DPMS?

I paid $1200.00 for a beautiful 99% Bushmaster about 3 months ago. I guess it depends on the going rates for where you live, but around here (WA) a 95% DPMS wouldn't get more than a grand.

Everything is overpriced here, including DPMS. That Bushy you paid $1200 for would easily fetch $1500 in my area. I think $1200 for a preban DPMS is steep, but I am just quoting from my local prices. It cost me $940 a few months ago for a 20" postban Bushy XM15E2S W/A1 upper, NIB. All my future weapons purchases will take place in PA, because my parents just retired there and they have a great gun shop in town with good prices.

Hmmm. Just got off the phone with DPMS by ser# it left the factory as a stripped lower recever.....Caveat Emptor......I hope he can dig up some paperwork otherwise the FFL that has this gun on consignment might have some questions for him.......

A stripped lower manufactured before the ban is not a problem as long as it was assembled as a complete rifle prior to the ban. Try proving that it was'nt. No one is going to hassel you if the receiver was made prior to the ban.

We the story is that he ordered two lowers before the ban and had a 'Smith put them together in a pre-ban configuration. My question is when. I am told they are trying to find out for me.
