Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - OT: Internet Explorer help

I'm wondering if there is a way to make this stop happening.  I frequently have 2 or 3 browser windows open at a time.  If I have something going in the background window (contacting a site, something that is taking a little time) whenever it starts going again, it jumps to the front (in front of the window that I'm currently using)  I hope I'm being clear here.  Is there a setting or something that I can turn off to fix this?  Its a damn annoyance.

Mine stated doing this just recently also and I have no Idea how to stop it.  I also used to be able to have two small windows open and can not get that to work at all now only full windows, anyone out there help us?
