So we sit and wait,
The whole month of April’s come and gone now,

They said they’re trying just hard as they can,
To put those LEGPs in our hands,
Trying to ship them out, across the map,
So we can drive down to our FFl
And get them all unwrapped, and then we yell,

“I got my M4 clone now!
There’s not another gun like it around.

I just received the very neatest AR15 around.

So we whine and suffer,
Trying to hold on until it gets here,
Surfing the web,
We know that nothing else can replace it

And we’re trying just hard as we can,
Not to chew our fingernails off our hands,
Sitting in front of the monitor’s glow,
Waiting for a topic to pop up, so we can read what it says.

“We’re shipping the M4 clones now!
It took a little while, but they’re on their way now.
You’ll get your guns soon, so
Try to patient with the UPS guy.”

That time has not come.
Some of feel like we’ll go postal.
We’ve raised stock in gum,
Not to mention cigs and alcohol.

And we’re waiting on our ‘smiths at RRA,
Waiting for the time when they will say,
“We’re shipping them out today, the first 50 guns,
So Grin, be ready for a package and when it comes, get off your butt and ship them out.”

Yeah, it was, but funny stuff deserves to be shared with peple who don't visit the LEGP forum. One of the mods was just recently commenting that the LEGP forum traffic was down.

Naw, bout 5 minutes. It was in my head all morning, so it just kind of poured out as fast as I wrote it.
