I just got a Colt Preban AR15 A2 Gov't Carbine R6520 Serial # GC0098**
It has all the preban features flash, bayo, collapsible  stock. It has small trigger pin, push pin take down, pivot will take push pin same as takedown but came with pin and screw. Also it had at some point a sear block.
I bought it from retired LEO is this a custom order Blue label?

Sounds just like the last one I picked up, unfired, unmodified, NIB, Blue label #GC017xxx. It has all the preban goodies, receiver block, drilled for a push pin, came with a screw pin.
