I've received a call from my League detachement asking for help with p/u and delivery next week. Since I just wnet to nights, I imagine I'll find the time. I can sleep after the 25th! You LI guys should try to carpool, like any pct., parking is at a premium on the block. Now, regarding ticket sales: Depending on how you have your Paypal account set up, credit card vs. checking account, and whether you are VERIFIED, some transactions clear faster than others. This is the first time we have used this method, and there seems to be as much as an 8 hour lag between posting "Paypal sent" in the thread and B4T having the money in its account. We are using Paypal "notifications of payment" emails, which are sent upon payment but BEFORE the payment "clears", to calculate ongoing ticket sales, and intend to cease when THAT number reaches the magic 75. This means that if in doubt, ACT QUICKLY, once the door closes, that's it. Lorie and Goatboy will be watching the list (I have to go to work tonight) and will post when ticket sales will cease. Sheesh! This dad-gum newfangled compooter-age stuff is starting to hurt my little head. [b]Good Luck to all![/b][bounce] |

When I click on the paypal link, and set input the amount to pay, the next page gives me this:

Helldog, new at this Paypal,sent funds for two tickets,then did a Paypal with Goatboy. It shows the transaction with Goatboy complete,but it shows the one with you as un-claimed,any idea what that means...anybody ?

I just talked to Helldog and the count is at around 60-65 tickets sold...
