Yes it's all 100% real including the part where he got knifed.

Quite likely. I was on a show called "Elimidate" several years ago. 100% scripted. The "night club" scene was shot in the middle of the afternoon with all extras.

I think it may have started as the real deal but now it is definitely scripted. Some of my son's friends have "acted" in a few episodes.

No way man, Lizard Lick Towing is a pretty fact-based documentary. Fat, disgusting people who cannot deliver anything past a one-liner getting into fist fights with every repo? I'm pretty sure that's legit. Have you seen the main fatass's haircut? Double mohawk? That's right - the dude is too legit to quit.
