spring, that caused the runaway!

Oh, by the way, those of you who have a duty AR or 16 and want to mount it in a rack with a round chambered, use OLY's pistol caliber  conversion firing pin return spring to prevent slam fires, like in an automobile accident

I did find that I had left out the firing pin return spring, anyone could, this .45 having a AR carrier, and my being use to the 5.56 mm setup and all! Anyway it was the lack of a return spring, that caused the runaway!
