I just bought a 70 CJ5 that has tires with very few miles on them, but very weather checked.  Anyone know of a way to repair them, or is it a lost cause?

Thank you,

No.   Replace them.  They're a safety hazard.

Dry rotted/weather checked sidewalls are a serious structural issue.

Duct tape and copious amounts of rim bead sealer applied everywhere on the tire will have those tires good as new.
