In light of all the controversy surrounding people like Capt. Obvious (you know, those who posses poor impulse control), I think a "Free Fire" or "Flame" forum is in order. A disclaimer of some sort should be posted, stating that anything goes (short of threats of physical violence), and those among us who are hell bent on pranks and flame wars can conduct their juvenile business without it infecting the other forums.

Another forum idea you might want to consider is a photo gallery.
