I've been trying to place the pistol I've seen in a couple movies, and I"m not having any luck. It's the pistol Simon is using here, in Firefly s01e01, 'Serenity' (the pilot):



It also looks like the same pistol Yelena uses in the first xXx movie (the pistol on the right of the screen, the all-black one on the left looks like an HK VP70Z):




Any ideas? It almost looks like a Vektor CP1, but the slide contours are wrong.

It is a Vektor CP1.  It is most definitely not an HK VP70.

Vekto had a huge recall a while back.  Cash up front from the company for the gun because they are unsafe.
