What type of price can you put on exceptional quality merchandise such as this billet combo set?  $688?  Sounds good to me.

What's the run numbers going to be (how many will be produced)?

Will ARFcom be producing a run that fits the Magpul MOE grip? The lower in the pics on Brownell's website looks like there's ample gap between the trigger guard and the MOE grip.

I'm triggered.

Looks like they based it on the S&W billet Magpul-branded lower - the general profile, front magwell serrations, and trigger guard look identical to mine.

It's a great deal with all the quality components.

I'd buy one if I didn't have two already.

nice but for that price I would expect the grip to be a perfect fit. huge gap in it...makes me wonder if the rest is in spec

Then I would have expected a better fit. Unless the screw isnt in it and is just slid on that would explain it.

Problem solved:

But for the record, I think $550.00 would be a better price. The trigger is the best part. I am also glad they didnt put ambi everything on it. I am not a ambi guy because it perpetuates training issues when you pick up someone elses rifle.

As for the price breakdown when compared to other offerings in the same class:

Billet upper with forward assist and dust cover: $150
Billet lower with LPK and receiver extension kit (milspec) : $250
Larue Trigger: $150

So, there is your $550 selling point.

If it had a decent bolt carrier with it I could see that price, without it its big middle finger to the ARCOM community at that price.

Why not say thanks to massive amount of members the site has by pricing this combo at a decent price, instead of over charging.

This. I build using cheap ass receivers with good guts. Does it shoot any better? Will it last longer?

It's based directly on Magpuls billet lower. ARFCOM has actually been making them for years now. Longer than S&W if I'm not mistaken. I bought mine in early 2013.

Depends on what you want it to do. But yes, if you want to squeeze out all the accuracy you can, a tight tolerance receiver set will shoot better.
