It's a quick-disconnect handguard that facilitates easy access to the barrel. It'll be standard on the new PredatOBR.

I'll ask here since I haven't been able to get an answer elsewhere. Are we going to be able to get the new RC flash hiders from Surefire on these? I'd be awfully disappointed if I couldn't use my suppressor on it.

She will make sure you get the proper muzzle device for your suppressor. Those who have the older SureFire K suppressors, are good to go, as ordered. At this time, the 14.5" PredatOBRs will only have SureFire muzzle devices as an option.

So what about someone that wants a Gemtech Sandstorm would that be an option not necessarily on a 14.5" as I haven't made up my mind on length!

Sure wish you'd offer the new BCM comps as an option assuming they don't harm accuracy. Surefire is great, but they don't make a "tactical" comp for folks who aren't prioritizing running a can.
