My gun club, the Texas Ten Horns Shooting Club will be hosting a regional NCOWS shooting match on October 28 through October 30th. Cowboy Action Shooters from all over the U.S. will be present.

The match will be a great spectator event as all participants will be in authentic pre-1900 attire firing pre-1900 firearms. We will also have vendors on site selling firearms, vintage clothing, and custom leather goods. A full service chuck wagon will be cooking three meals a day. Kids are welcome (& would probably get a kick out of all the smoke and fire.)

If you have some, bring eye and ear protection. The match will be at Jacob's Plain Gun Range. It's about 15 miles north of Greenville, Texas.

We will also have an actual 1874 Gatlin Gun on display. It will be fired for demonstration several times during the weekend. Shooters will have the option to fire the Gatlin at the cost of the ammo.
