I would say all three of those are well represented but the Ruger is the most prominant IMO anyways
I have Uberti's for my CAS

Ruger!.........after 10 years of tough CAS competition I see the Rugers as the toughest and most reliable!

And Stainless Steel cleans up the easiest.

Ruger Vaquero is #1. I have a New Model Vaquero and an Cimmerron. Looking to add another Vaquero, just can't decide on which one.

OP, those are all good pistols. Problem is, you'll need a pair of something to enjoy cowboy shooting. Mismatched pistols really detract from your concentration on the game. I used two different pistols for a while when I started and it worked o.k. until the day I got tired of being the last guy at every match.
