Hi Guys,

I'm looking for some help in obtaining training aids for the M16 series (mainly A2, but A3/4 as well).

I teach skill at arms to cadets on the L85A2/L86A2 (SA80A2) and we have posters showing the parts and function in cut-away and schematics as well as flow charts for the "make-safe", "load" and "unload" as well as stoppage drills.

My Sgt Maj (WOII) is leaving us to go on a 3 year secondment to one of our Middle Eastern Allies and teach, among other things, skill at arms. The weapon he'll be using is the M16A2 and he would like some similar aids to take with him.

I've managed to give him a familiarisation on the AR15A2 and he's quite conversant with that but has asked me if there are any training aids available either electronically or for purchase via mail that he can take with him.

I don't know what's available but I thought some of you may well be able to help and any leads or info you can give would be greatly appreciated.
