Precision Applications, LLC and guest Instructor Joe Satterfield (see resume below) will be holding a Practical Shotgun Course on Saturday December 5 in Carrollton GA:

The class will start at 8am and run until 5pm with a 1 hour break for lunch.

Topics covered will include, but are not limited to:
Tactics and techniques relative to both competition and offensive or defensive use of the shotgun as a practical fighting tool
Discussion of pumps vs semi-autos, ammo, sights & optics, lights & lasers, slings, accessories, modifications, shooting techniques and Combat Mindset.
Ready and staging positions
Reloads, to include weak hand loading, strong hand loading, quad loading, and the Euro load (for Mossberg or Benelli pumps).
Switching loads (an example would be that you're loaded with shot and a threat pops up at distance. Clear the chamber, speedload a slug, and engage)
Shooting while moving, to include negotiating obstacles
Working both sides of cover and from either shoulder
Over/under low/high cover
Transitioning to secondary weapon (handgun)

I will limit the class to 20 shooters. The cost will be $200. Your spot is not 100% secured until payment is received. I accept checks, MO's, cash and PayPal (student covers the 3.5% fee, no gifts).

At the end of the day, all students will have the opportunity to shoot the Tactical Shotgun Course for score.

If you wish to attend, but do not have a shotgun, we can rent you one from a wide selection, to include Remington 870s, Mossberg 500s, Benelli M1/M2, Benelli SuperNova, and Benelli Nova.

If you are a Georgia LEO, you will receive POST credit for this class.
