I run a 4x ACOG on my work rifle due to working in a fairly rural environment. I'm hoping to attend a Haley Strategic carbine course soon. Just want to hear about your experience if you have run a 4x ACOG through one of his or a similar course. Would you rather have ran a 1x optic?

I have an EOTech I can run no problem however I would like to train with how my work rifle is set up.

Train with the same setup you're most likely to use.  If that's your "work rifle" and it has an ACOG then run the ACOG.  You'll be fine and it'll be good practice running it at various ranges including up close.  With practice you can be really fast with an ACOG.
