I'm looking to Attend the Magpul SPR class or something similar in COF and structure.  My Noveske SPR is good to go but other than local competition I have never ran the PST hard.  Will it hold up ?  Its on a Bobro 2 lever mount btw....

Saving up for the Nightforce 2.5-10x42......

After about 500 rounds through my new PST 2.5-10 FFP I noticed "bubbles" on the reticle.  Looks like little water/oil droplets.  I would say there are about half a dozen.  Not impressed.

That's a good, solid optic. It'll do just fine during that course.

I have both the 2.5-10x44 SFP MRAD and the 2.5-10x32 FFP MRAD, no problems with either so far after at least 5 years with the SFP and 1 year with the FFP.

Also have the 5-15x44 Viper HST, no problems at all riding a .260 Rem gasser AR10.

Started with the Viper 6.5-20x44 Mil Dot, no problems dating back for 6 years now.

Do you have reference between the two 2.5-10x models? I have the 2.5-10x44 SFP and have considered upgrading to the 2.5-10x32 model to shed some weight.

I like the weight of the x32 model, but it's a bit longer.  FOV is the same on both of them.  Sniper Magazine has an excellent article on the internals of these, showing optical elements, efficient use of materials, what objective sizes make sense for the power, things like that.

We have a x32 model on a .223 bolt gun that's doing just fine after three or four precision rifle classes.
