I shoot right handed but am left eye dominate. This is because I shoot my bow left handed which is not a problem.  I have not had too much difficulty in switching from bow to riffle in the past but this year has seemed to be more difficult with my left eye wanting to take over. Any suggestions on training my eyes to work accordingly?

I'm cross dominant as well, but it's a pretty easy fix.

For pistol, or rifles with RDS, shoot both eyes open right handed.

For Rifle with a scope, shoot with the left eye closed right handed.

Much easier than trying to teach dexterity, especially on the trigger, to a non dexterous hand imo...but i've seen people try different things for this "affliction" with varying degrees of success.

For handgun still shoot RH but turn your head slightly to use your dominate eye, on a scoped rifle if you briefly close your dominate eye your non-dominate eye will focus and lock on target.

I shoot RH pisto, and LH long guns.  My problem is transitioning.  Where to put the rifle as to not cover my feet?

i shoot with both eyes open pistol and rifle.

i hold my pistol with my right hand and it aligns up with my left eye.

i shoot my rifle right handed and i never had any issues with it lining up with my right eye.

to each their own.
