Pistol Plate Rack

I used to go to a range in Florida that had a plate rack set up. I now live in the country and would like one in my backyard. I see them for sale and they are pricey! What system is recommended? I am not a welder so I can only do so much on assembly.

PM nvgeologist in the NVHTF.
