You should be shooting with both eyes open if it is defensive shooting. In real life under extreme stress you will have both eyes open and full facing the threat. Train realistically.

Drills? Nope.
But as for technique, you should slightly turn your chin towards your dominate bicep to get your left (assuming) eye behind your sights. 
All drills should work for you even though you are CED. |
