Good for aspirational training although as a defensive firearms instructor, such a shot might be hard to explain legally for your defense  of self or others affirmative defense:

I don't follow why it would be hard to explain legally in a self-defense / defense of others situation. If someone needs to be shot, they need to be shot. Usually the faster the better. If the criteria to use DF are met, you generally are under no obligation to give a warning or attempt to draw down on someone without shooting.

On a side note, I've been seeing a lot of his videos and I would like to know more about his background. The one I saw where he was cranking rounds at the feet to back up a "bystander" or non-threat target, and his complete lack of follow through (notice how fast he gets his gun off target and OUT of the fight), are not things that I would advise people to copy from his videos. That said, he is blazing fast and apparently, pretty accurate.
