2 Day Long Range Rifle Immersion class:

In this 2-day course we will utilize the entire Okeechobee Shooting Sports facility and shoot at ranges from 0 - 500 yards. Topics covered will include shooter / spotter techniques and responsibilities, shoot / bug-out protocols, terminology and communications procedures, covert movement, and counter-ambush techniques. Cost for this 2-Day Class is $400 per 2-person team / $300 per individual. Class size is limited to 10 students, so register early.

• Understanding Basic Ballistics
• Advanced Marksmanship Drills
• Slings/Position Shooting
• Unconventional Positions
• Scouting, Range Est. & Sketches
• Live-fire: Multiple unknown distance ranges
• Long range ( up to 500 yards) shooting
• Live-fire stalking exercises

Recommended Equipment
• Sunscreen and Insect repellant are recommended.
• Sling for the weapon
• Shooting bag, Drag bag, and bean bag
• Camouflage clothing
• Shooter / data book / note book
• Long Range Weapon System (bolt action or semi-auto, .308 is recommended)
• Rifle scope (mil-dot reticle pattern is recommended)
• 150 Rounds of Ammunition (Min)
• Bipod
• Complete weapon cleaning kit
• Binoculars
• Ear and eye protection
• Back pack or equipment bag, Laser range finder and Calculator
• Range clothing appropriate to the season
