For fixed rear sights, how are y'all adjusting windage?

Do you use a sight pusher tool?
Punch and hammer?

Anything I need to be cautious of?

I have several pistols with adjustable rear sights, and once I adjust, I can shoot consistent groups on target.
However, my fixed sight pistols, I just apply some Kentucky windage. However, this gets to be a pain remembering where to hold which particular gun and it's not consistent at different distances.  I have never adjusted them for lack of knowledge/experience.

Thanks for your help.

I have a sight pusher.

A punch will work too, albeit less precisely.

Kentucky windage is not a viable option in a match situation.

Any recommendation on sight pusher?
My googling gives me a pretty wide variety of brands and price points.

I would prefer a universal one.
