What, in your opinion, is the best loaded match .223/5.56 ammo you can buy at a shop or online?  I'm not a reloader.

Rifle is 20" A4, 1/7 w/A2 FH and a M5 RAE.  Using a match grade 1907 sling.

The 77 Gold Meal match load is solid. The stuff Copper Creek loads is good too.

I'm not a High Power shooter, but I do match shoot and run my training ammo in a 223 bolt gun and the gold medal match load provides solid results for me.

Another good but expensive option is Black Hills 77gr OTM, which is actually mk262

Black Hills 77 gr TMK. Outstanding stuff. Shoots inside my 80 gr SMK loads.

Atlanta Arms used to make ammo for the AMU, particularly what was dubbed the AMU load (based on the Berger 73gr, and then another on the SMK 77gr). I am not sure if they still do contract ammo for the AMU now.

While the Federal GMM 77gr is accurate, it is actually quite slow MV. The 77 can be pushed hotter and still stay accurate.

Atlanta Arms still make this stuff -

I thought it would be loaded hotter though.

I'm on my last case of that from a very good AMU lot, and that stuff shoots goooooood, man.

My current 77 SMK handload uses the Alliant MR-2000 powder and is as fast with less pressure (tip of the hat to @Panzer for the tip).

FWIW the best groups I've shot with my precision AR (16" Rainier/Rock Creek 5R) was with ADI 69gr, shot better than Black Hills 77gr

My vote goes to....Black Hills, in various bullet weights.  Reloaded for practice and Match use.  Maybe the Factory Loads for Match use, but the reloaded is really good enough for BOTH!

Black Hills 77 OTM and Black Hills 77 TMK are very popular service rifle loads.

Their 69, 75, and 77 grain loads are all excellent. They offer 223 and 5.56 loadings.
