Although you state it was operator error....its still a malfunction. Whether you cause it or the gun causes it. The system failed.

Not trying to bust your balls too badly.....its just how it is.

how the F*** does operator error qualify as a malfunction the system worked fine he was the one that failed (no offense OP)
