Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Best Practical Folding Knife Course in Southeast

I live in NW FL and am looking for a folding knife course in the Southeast.  However, I might would travel further for a great course.  I recall seeing a trainer on one of the TNN shows years ago.. Only cant remember his name or the show now Thanks in advance.

Sotis is da' man when it comes to knife.

Might also want to check out some various Systema work on knife as well.
