What is this used for?

NSN and just started reading through the shit tons of duplicate links, grabbing common things in them all and adding it into the search.  I'm usually pretty good at finding stuff.

Yep, it's for grading blemishes on NOD intensifier tubes. DOD will reject tubes with certain blemishes depending on size and location. Pretty common once you start researching NODs. They're all over TNVC's website.
