I am looking for a Glock Pattern gun, G17-19 or 34, recommend and school me...

Brands? Brands to buy and stay away from...

I know there was some sort of injunction about AirSoft Glocks a while back that may have affected the market but it seems like there are still a few out there to be had...KCS? KWA?

Stark arms overseas or marui is best bet for a accurate reliable glock setup. Kwa/ksc are good options too. We is crap and most of the other off brands. You won't find a new production glock in the US because of copyright stuff. The closest you'll find retail is a kwa atp which is closely modeled after glock and I believe they fit glock holsters. The other one is the aps acp which looks more like a glock than the kwa atp. The atp and acp are both good but if you were to choose I'd take the kwa over the aps. The aps has a higher lemon margin. All those mentioned above use green gas or propane with a adapter and added silicone oil with the exception of the aps acp. The acp uses 12g co2 cartriges.

Over all of those I'd choose the kwa atp as it's a good brand with USA support. It's accuarte for an airsoft and it's reliable. The others that replicate it completely have a good possiblty of not making it past customs.
