Does anyone know whats going on with them changing the same-day system to a 10 day judicial review?

I have had a carry license for years and suddenly to get one more firearm listed is now a two week wait?

There was a post on Facebook a couple of weeks ago from Sheriff Van Blarcum that the administrative Judge for the 3rd Judicial District basically overruled the local Judges practice of letting the Sheriff's office issue pistol permit amendments.  Now a Judges signature is required hence the delay we now suffer again.
