Is there anything we locals can do to support you in this fight?

Well, knowing this state as we all do, I expect this (from http://www.evannappen.com/nj-ag-stun-gun-ban-is-unconstitutional.html):

"The State is unaware of any legitimate basis to distinguish New Jersey’s stun-gun statute from Massachusetts’ statute. The New Jersey stun-gun statute, like the Massachusetts statute, criminalizes mere possession of a stun gun….. Since both statutes criminalize mere possession of a stun gun, for the reasons outlined in Caetano, New Jersey’s stun-gun statute, like Massachusetts’s statute, violates the Second Amendment."

to turn into this:

"The State is aware of a legitimate basis to distinguish New York’s stun-gun statute from Massachusetts’ statute (but it is a double top secret). The New York stun-gun statute, unlike the Massachusetts statute, criminalizes mere possession of a stun gun because we do not like people that can reasonably defend themselves in any way, shape or form….. Therefor, for the reasons outlined in X_____, New York’s stun-gun statute, unlike Massachusetts’s statute, does not violate the Second Amendment."

This state makes their own laws with no concern as to the impact of law-abiding citizens or our constitutional rights. If this guy is a successful  lawyer why cant we lawyer up with our own pro 2nd amendment fellow lawyers here in NY to help him storm the fucking capital with pro 2nd amendment  legal filings.

In particularly the Safe Act and other 2nd amendment make believe unconstitutional laws

When the 2nd "Circus" upheld SAFE based on "feelings" and articles from Mother Jones, plus overturning the ruling on the spelling of "break", I knew from that point on that Second Amendment cases to the State and Federal circuit are a lost cause.  SCOTUS is our last best hope.
