Well, the other big leverage against Percoco is they made it sound like they have enough dirt to lock his wife up for just as long as him... and that so far hasn't been put in motion.  I wouldn't be surprised to see the screws put to her shortly.  From what I've read they extended the time limit for handing up the charges a couple times, in hopes someone would flip...

So yeah, there's that.  Interestingly Percoco has kept his job at MSG, which is largely believed to be so he doesn't crack under financial pressure from these charges.  I think if you see charges come through for his wife and both of them are up for going to the pokey, he might just roll.  Then again, why has she not been charged already?  Is there such a thing as cooperating (to not charge his wife) and still taking your chances at trial?  Is Preet going to give us the biggest christmas present of all?
