I saw about 5 little birds in formation heading up the Hudson on Tuesday, followed by 2 or 3 flights of Blackhawks.

There has been a noticeable increase of military air traffic over the last several months. I know there are several bases up north maybe just moving sit around but two Blackhawks fully loaded ?

Had 5 fly over earlier (don't know if they were Blackhawks),land and lots of gunfire and explosions. It was a good 10 min of WTF is going on. Apparently it was a military drill. In northern Suffolk.

Seen a Apache flying low over Cazenovia Lake. Didn't realize what it was till it come over the tree line and was pointed right at me before doing a 180 and headed back over the lake. Almost shit myself over that one.

Seen an Osprey flying up the Hudson today just north of the George Washington Bridge and it wasn't a bird.
