i had White Oak do a full length 18" SPR barrel w/ a target crown a few years back - they were very helpful/accommodating with the request.
think it was ~$50-60 over list price to crown + bead blast. you might also try BlackHole Weaponry - they've been responsive to special questions/inquiries in the past. |

I've bought quite a few barrels from Anderson Rifles: http://www.andersonrifles.com/product-category/barrels/
For a while nobody had any inventory, and those that did did so because they were too expensive. Bear Creek and CBC are always offering "deals" on uppers and Bear Creek does Side Charging uppers. DS Arms has about the best retail price on Bolts and some other parts (they also make a killer FAL, too bad the serfs of NY cannot have one)

you can buy whatever barrel you want, and then get a thread cap and have a company like ACDO pin and weld it in place.
