[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Why does Cuomo's safe act website still say you can only load 7 rounds??

That part of the safe act was struck down by the 2nd circuit, making it illegal to enforce, and effectively nullifying that part of the law. So why has no one demanded that Cuomo's safe act website remove the 7 round loading limit?

If find it offensive that in light of the decision, it still has that crap on there.

If I were a cop (the horror) and I hadn't heard of the ruling, and I arrested someone for having 10 rounds, and that person sued the shit out of me and received an award from my personal bank account (which is what usually happens with violation of civil rights lawsuits, and such a suit would be open and shut), I might get pissed off.

I might even get pissed of at that website. Pissed off enough to sue the state police and New York State for deliberately misinforming me.

Yes, and it's those small town cops who are going to be losing their homes and savings accounts if they arrest people for it. And then, hopefully, they sue the NYSP.

Of course, that's a big if...since few people get arrested for this crap.
