That time of the year again, the Annual WW2 Encampment at Old Bethpage Village Restoration. The tanks will be rolling May 16 & 17,Saturday and Sunday. Tanks, jeeps, trucks, machineguns, skirmishes too !
I'll be doing the WW 2  weapons presentation c'mon over and say hello,

I can't wait till my kids are old enough so I can take them to things like this.

I loved reenactments when I was a kid.

So how does that work now with SAFE? I have buddies up here that always do Geneseo...but with SAFE how do you do BARs, 1919's? Unless they are dummies...Registered?

Very sadly registered the semi BAR, along with its curio and relic magazine.I was so angry I was going to sell it before registering it. Since I use it in public displays, I registered it. Angriest  day of my life so far...
No bayo lugs on the carbines. Plugged and welded the stick mag for the dummy Thompson, that'll save lives ????????????????????
1919's are not AW, pistol grip does not mount "conspicuously"beneath the receiver...

I feel your pain....I moved my OOW BAR to NC until I move...what about belts for the 1919? I agree, the 1919 is not an AW...its all BS, as we all know...

I registered some cloth belts, and will only load ten live rounds at a time. I was told* that since blanks are not "ammunition", they can be fully loaded.
* Was told this at a meeting with my Senator ( yup his initials are D.S).& his legal council after passage of the SHIT Act.
