This actually happened a few years ago in Altmar.
There were fish all over lawns and driveways and bridges.... |

the year of the flood in altmar was crazy good fishing
the day after the water dropped, it was still about 3,000 (which is pretty damn high) was some of the best fishing I ever had. No one around because everyone gets scared of high water and doesn't know how to actually fish when they can just spot and snag fish. i still think about how awesome that fishing was
