Waiting months for my permit renewal.  After three days of trying to reach the person who is taking care of my renewal I finally got her on the phone two days ago (three days of "she just left her desk", "she'll be right back", "call back in an hour").  Explained the situation and am told they are almost up to January renewals and that I should check back in 3 weeks.  Guess what finally showed up in the mail today.

Seriously, how do you land a job in that department?  Any one know what "PAA" stands for when referring to the people that work there?
